Tender description

Surrey County Council is seeking to appoint an experienced Estate Management team ('Estate Manager') to provide a comprehensive estate management service from consultancy and delivery across Landlord and Tenant matters, through to Acquisitions and Disposals of freehold and/or leasehold interests, to include strategic advice, option appraisals, market valuations, and town planning advice to support the Council's widest activities. Acquisitions may include some Compulsory Purchase activity. A comprehensive knowledge of Surrey's economy, infrastructure, land and property market is critical. This is a Call off under the Crown Commercial Service Framework: Estate Management Services RM6168.
