Tender description

Interim arrangement with a large number suppliers for the ongoing repair and maintenance services to all buildings owned and operated by the Council. These services are critical to maintaining the Council’s ability to provide services in all areas of the city. Many of the services provided are delivered to ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations in maintaining compliant buildings, plant and equipment.
