Tender description
North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a Customer Relationship Management System, in line with the requirements of its detailed specification. The Council is pursuing award of this contract using the G-Cloud 12 framework agreement (RM1557.12), operated by Crown Commercial Service (hereafter referred to as "CCS").
