User research is an essential part of our development, ensuring that our tools and services are evidence driven and usercentred. DWP require a research partner to; provide expert and experience support, as and when required, for specific pieces of work and experience of choosing and making use of the most appropriate methods and tools to turn research insights into recommendations that align with DWP strategic goals.
