Tender description
The Council invites tenders for the provision of banking services and merchant services and in doing so hopes to meet the objectives of: — securing a high-quality banking service to meet the Councils banking requirements, — enabling the local tax payers and service users the benefit of flexible payment arrangements, — enabling Council services to benefit from flexible banking solutions which will maximise efficiency, — securing a value for money partnership between the Council and its bankers.
