Tender description

The London Borough of Islington has 54 communal boiler plants supplying heating and hot water to a large proportion of its housing stock and 125 communal ventilation systems. This contract is to provide a 24-hour, 365 days a year call out service for all communal boiler breakdowns and all other responsive repairs for heating and ventilation for a period of 5 years, to provide a rolling monthly servicing of all plant an equipment. 1 500 000 over each year of contract = 7 500 000 GBP over the 5 years of the contract. There is a requirement for the contractor to undertake a dilapidation survey to identify urgent works required to dilapidated equipment in order to enter into a fixed cost maintenance agreement. This will be an additional cost.
