Dynamic Purchasing System for Large Vehicle Passenger Transport Services (BB4) covering Mainstream, Special Education Needs and Social Care transport (excluding Local Bus Services). 9+ Passenger Seats. The DPS will initially be ran for a 24 month period which the Council may look to extend in 24 month increments for a maximum of up to 96 months (8 additional years). (120 months, 10 years in total).
