Tender description
To further increase the ability for end users to be able to self-serve and IT professionals and partner agencies to suitably manage Requests, Incidents and Problems and Change Kirklees council are looking for a suitable Service management software and User Portals. Service management Software comprising: Incident management, Request management, Problem Management, Change management, User Portal and Implementation and Training.
