To ensure informed decision-making, it is imperative to have a clear understanding of the political landscape, including legislative developments, political trends and stakeholder interests. Proposals must include the following information:Contract ScopeWe are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified agency to provide the following services on a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 3 years.Political Monitoring- Daily and monthly monitoring of political developments at local, regional and national levels- Identification of relevant legislative and policy changes- Tracking of political events, elections and other significant occurrencesAnalysis and reporting- In-depth analysis of political trends and their potential impact on the Bank’s objectives- Regular reports (weekly monthly, and ad-hoc) summarising key political development and implications- Special reports on emerging issues of interest to the BankStrategic Communications services (Ad-hoc requirements)- Strategic political adviceStakeholder mapping and engagement services (Ad-hoc requirements)- Identification and mapping of key stakeholders- Support in providing key stakeholder detailsDetailed requirements- Demonstrated expertise in political analysis and advisory services- Proven track record of working with the Welsh Government and UK Government- Strong network of political contacts and stakeholders- Ability to provide timely and accurate information- Skilled team with relevant academic and professional qualifications (pen portraits)(WA Ref:143213)The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
