Tender description
As part of the acquisition of St Joseph's, we have received mayoral approval to proceed with the purchase - this approval has given us the mandate to commission the relevant due diligence surveys that will be required prior to any binding contract being agreed. This could not have taken place prior to the Mayoral Approval as we needed to know we had provisional agreement to proceed with the due diligence before spending the funds.
