• Replace all windows to dwellings with PVCu DGU with trickle vents • Replace mains electric doorbells (will need electrician, plasterer/decorator to make good walls) • Replace all secondary entrance doors • Replace main entrance & inner porch doors/frames • Redecorate timber store doors/frames • Redecorate meter boxes • Replace cladding above D&Ws to outhouse • Shared On Site Liaison Officer
