Refurbishment to committee room 116 and adjacent office 117a. To include painting and decorations, supply and fit new carpet, electrical work, new ceiling and floor tiles and a small amount of partition alterations to adjacent office to the right hand side as you enter the committee room to create a public viewing area. ## Contract award
