Further Competition Under Framework Ref: Professional Services Framework - Lot 10 Design and Engineering services - Streets for All Framework Title: TFGM Transport Professional Services The purpose of this commission is to appoint a consultant to deliver a feasibility and optioneering study, culminating in a concept design proposal for a highway scheme.
