This contract encompasses the management and maintenance of approximately 1,660 existing heat meters (comprising 1,278 open protocol Secure Liberty 100 meters, 273 Guru Hub AMR meters, and 109 proprietary bulk meters) across the Council's housing stock, with provisions for expansion to include new build developments and replacing failed closed protocol meters installed by legacy providers.
