Tender description
The Council requires high-quality statutory, mandatory and compliance training to support the safe delivery of Repairs and Maintenance services. The training provision will support the Council’s legal duties under health and safety legislation, ensure workforce competence and contribute to safe services for tenants, colleagues and members of the public. Training requirements may include asbestos awareness, non-licensed asbestos work, working at height, ladder safety and inspection, PASMA, IPAF, manual handling, COSHH, abrasive wheels, fire safety, face fit testing, respiratory protective equipment, confined spaces, LOLER awareness, lifting and slinging, risk assessment, accident and incident reporting, electrical safety, PUWER awareness, excavation and groundworks safety, temporary works awareness, first aid and emergency response, and other statutory or compliance training requirements identified during the contract term.
