Measured Term Contract Drainage Maintenance Works for Council Properties

Tender description

Renfrewshire Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced Drain Maintenance/Repair Contractor to provide drain maintenance and repair services for sub-surface [below ground] drainage systems. The works comprise the provision of drain maintenance/ repair services, diagnostic analysis, unblocking, flushing, jetting, CCTV surveys, vactor cleaning, excavation/ disposal, reinstatement of footpaths/ highways, traffic management (where applicable) to Renfrewshire Council domestic properties. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced Drain Maintenance/Repair Contractor to provide drain maintenance and repair services for sub-surface [below ground] drainage systems. The works comprise the provision of drain maintenance/ repair services, diagnostic analysis, unblocking, flushing, jetting, CCTV surveys, vactor cleaning, excavation/ disposal, reinstatement of footpaths/ highways, traffic management (where applicable) to Renfrewshire Council domestic properties. Main Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors will be required to provide evidence that they are members of the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC).
