Maple Place Residential Redevelopment

Tender description

Design and Construction of 12 new residential dwellings, comprising 9 apartments and 3 houses. To include associated access, parking, landscaping, cycle and refuse storage, drainage, services and all other external works. The site is located on the corner of Derby Road and Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh. Comprising 0.2 acres of vacant land with previous structures demolished in 2022. This ITT has been prepared by Eastleigh Borough Council (the “Authority) for the purposes of inviting contractors with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the design and construction of Maple Place residential development as described in the documentation attached to this ITT. Tenderers are encouraged to review the supporting information provided before submitting a tender, to fully acquaint themselves with the nature and full extent of the works required. The opportunity will be tendered as a single-stage Design and Build tender. The full Employer’s Requirements will enable contractors to prepare their Contractors proposals, Contract Sum Analysis and tender submission. Keywords: Construction
