Tender description
The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage with the market in advance of a potential tender for the delivery of tenancy advocacy services for private renters facing illegal eviction and/or harassment. This engagement aims to inform the procurement strategy and understand market capacity and capability. This is not a call for competition and no future procurement is guaranteed. We hope to hear from providers who are currently delivering tenancy advocacy support for private renters, including: • Early intervention and advice • Casework and advocacy • Prevention and illegal evictions • Emergency response • Evidence gathering and investigation support • Support for criminal enforcement • Civil remedies and compensation • Monitoring and reporting.
