This early market engagement notice seeks to understand the landscape of potential vendors in a highly specialised/niche forensic investigation market: Digital Forensic Phonetics (voice comparison and expert transcription) services. The MPS is interested in understanding which vendors in the marketplace may be capable or interested in fulfilling these services, prior to deciding upon any new procurement approach.
