One of Aster's properties, No. 12 Pras Gwartha is a two-bedroom end of terrace house located in Liskeard, Cornwall. The property recently suffered a major fire, where most of the roof structure was destroyed, leaving the loft and first floor open and exposed to the weather. The current condition of the property means the core structural elements are not safe for any temporary weather proofing work, so the only solution is to remove all the remaining roof covering including the existing fire damaged roof trusses and replace with new so that the building will be weathertight. This will provide time for the property to dry out, ready to be assessed for a full internal refurbishment and then eventual full procurement. ## Contract award
