Tender description
To undertake the replacement of existing lighting to various areas of the school, allowing for installing additional controls and emergency lighting where specified, alongside employing a licensed asbestos specialist to undertake enabling works for the lighting replacement. There are also electrical works required to enable the creation of a new WC within the building, this will be managed by a separate Main Contractor, with electrical works carried out as part of this project. ## Contract award
