Orkney Islands Council (the "Authority") on behalf of the Orkney and Shetland Valuation Joint Board (the "Board") seeks to commission up to five legal services contractors under a framework contract arrangement. The contractors appointed to the contract will be required to provide legal services to the Board on an "as and when required basis" on a range of areas including commercial contracts and transactions, commercial property, regulatory and public law and dispute resolution.
