Tender description
London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS) acting as the Contracting Authority invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a tender for the provision of Ambulance Resilience Services as part of an Open Procurement Procedure* conducted under the Procurement Act 2023. * Incorporating Light Touch flexibilities, due to the nature of the services being procured, as set out in the Procurement Documents. Demand on the LAS services is increasing year on year, with June 2026 seeing the highest number of 999 calls in a single day in its history. This demand is driven by a number of factors and the Trust seeks to understand and respond to these factors on an ongoing basis. When additionally faced with unforeseeable or unprecedented incidents which increase this demand LAS has identified that an established list of resilience partners can play a part in dealing with this increased demand. The Trust is looking for partners to work with collaboratively to deliver outstanding care for all of our patients. We want a partner who is equally committed to being a first-class employer, and represents the best possible value in delivering patient care. ## Contract award Title: LAS Ambulance Services Resilience Partnership

Purchases follow the Procurement Act 2023 and, for clinical services, the Provider Selection Regime.
Over the past 5 years, most of London Ambulance Service NHS Trust's contract awards have been in repair and maintenance, transport equipment and business services.
