Tender description
The Authority is undertaking this Preliminary Market Engagement to understand the available technical solutions, delivery models, indicative costs and market capacity for improving audio-visual provision at Grimsby Town Hall. Funding has not yet been secured. Responses will inform an options paper by helping us understand potential solutions and their indicative costs. This options paper will be used to secure funding and assist the Authority to develop a final specification, for any resulting tender process.
