Renfrewshire Council is looking for a suitable supplier capable of providing a solution comprising 360° cameras and associated equipment, together with an online platform that enables Council staff to create, upload, host and manage virtual tours of void residential properties. The solution should enable staff to capture images and videos, upload content, and produce interactive and downloadable property tours and floorplans. The supplier should also provide ongoing platform access, maintenance, training and technical support. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council is seeking a contractor to provide equipment, software and an online platform to enable Council staff to create, host and manage virtual tours of void residential properties. The proposed requirement may include the provision of 360° cameras and associated equipment, together with an online platform that enables Council staff to capture, upload, host and manage property content. The solution should facilitate the creation of interactive virtual tours and floorplans, with the ability to download and share completed tours. The supplier would be expected to provide platform access, system maintenance, user training and ongoing technical support throughout the contract term.
