The National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS), operated by the University of Strathclyde, requires the creation of a framework of up to three catering suppliers to provide high-quality catering and hospitality services for meetings, events, conferences, exhibitions, corporate hospitality, networking receptions, VIP visits and large-scale events. The framework will provide flexible, responsive, inclusive and sustainable catering solutions capable of supporting events ranging from 2 to 300 delegates. The desired outcomes of the framework are to ensure: - High-quality food and presentation - Reliable and on-time delivery - Fast response to enquiries - Responsive event support - Strong allergen management and food safety controls - Competitive and transparent pricing - Sustainable catering practices - Professional front-of-house service - Capacity to support both small and large events - Bespoke menu development where required Additional information: The University will reserve the right to call off from the Framework through either direct award (ranked) or mini-competition.
