Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Decoration Works, including internal and external painting and decorating services to occupied and void residential properties, communal areas, independent living schemes, supported living accommodation and other properties owned or managed by Progress Housing Group (the “Services”) Tenderers must review and comply with all requirements contained within the procurement documents, including but not limited to: Appendix 1A – Specification (Lot 1 – Responsive & Planned Decoration Works) Appendix 1B – Specification (Lot 2 – Complaints & Ad-Hoc Decoration Works) Appendix 2 – Blank JCT 2024 MTC Contract Appendix 3 – Form of Tender Appendix 4 – TUPE Checklist Appendix 5 – Planned Decoration ITT Pricing Schedule Appendix 6 – Schedule of Rates (SOR) ITT Pricing Document Appendix 7 – Social Value Matrix Template Appendix 8 – KPI Matrix Document Appendix 9.1 & 10.1 – ITT Part 1 and Part 2 (Lot 1) Appendix 9.2 & 10.2 – ITT Part 1 and Part 2 (Lot 2) Suppliers may submit a tender for one lot or both lots. All submissions must be completed in accordance with the instructions contained within the Invitation to Tender documentation and returned by the stated deadline via the e-tendering portal.
