Tender description
The Authority is seeking Contractor(s) for the provision of Staff Engagement Survey services to the Scottish Further Education and Higher Education sector. Lot 1: The procurement will seek to provide institutions with access to staff engagement survey solutions and associated support services. The requirement may include survey platform provision, survey design and administration, data analysis, reporting, benchmarking, consultation, and action-planning support, enabling institutions to assess employee engagement and inform organisational development initiatives.
