Tender description
The National Trust for Scotland via this PCS PIN publication are raising awareness and providing notice to suppliers within the construction and works marketplace of an upcoming opportunity. As part of a wider programme of 2031 centenary celebration plans for Newhailes House & Estate in Musselburgh, East Lothian, the Trust will be constructing a new build facility. This will be a learning and community engagement hub type multi use building, used by on site Gardening Team, volunteers and staff to use, enabling the Trust to continue to deliver positive community/visitor services and experiences. * A timber material build: * Solar PV (roof based) * Electric Radiators * WC bathroom area including shower facilities * Small kitchen facility * Storage room(s) for equipment, tools, supplies. * Educational Space with AV Technology
