Retail Shop, Cafe, Kitchen fit-out works (National framework) The National Trust for Scotland via this PCS PIN publication are raising awareness and providing notice to contractor suppliers within the construction/joinery/fit out sector of an upcoming opportunity. We are excited to share a new national fit-out framework with an estimated works spend of 10,000,000 GBP over the contract duration is in development. This will provide various fit-out services across Scotland. - Shop / Retail Fit-Out - Café / Restaurant Fit-Out - Kitchen (back of house) Fit-Out - Unplanned / Reactive Repairs & Maintenance, Miscellaneous or Small Works This framework is still in development, and subject to change, and we are keen to hear from prospective fit-out and works contractors on their views to help us shape this national framework.
