About the buyer

Bristol City Council is a local authority that runs its own Procurement and Contract Management Service. Adult social care is commissioned by the Adult Care Commissioning team, largely through a single commissioning framework.

A commercial pipeline gives a forward look at anticipated outsourcing over the next twelve months.

Over the past 5 years, most of Bristol City Council's contract awards have been in health and social work, construction work and architectural and engineering services.
