SEND Extension, internal and external works, 57371, the works briefly comprise of: New timber frame extension to provide SEND classroom. Removal and infill of windows in reception area Removal and infill of 2 no. windows from pupils WC Removal of 1 no. window in corridor and fire door installed to the aperture. Removal and renewal of textured coated ceilings to WC. Removal and installation new flat roof covering to WCs and installation of 3no skylights. Renewal of existing flat roof covering to boiler house Making good existing classroom wall from historical damp issue. Provision of a new stable door to existing classroom.
