Hillingdon Council is working to transform its approach to place-making and asset management, taking a proactive approach to support the delivery of wider corporate objectives. To effectively navigate these challenges and opportunities, the council was seeking to commission the combined development of a Local Growth Plan and Strategic Asset Management Plan to support its place ambitions. The project brief proposed two work packages intended to run concurrently. Package 1: Local Growth Plan Stage 1: Baseline Assessment Stage 2: Identify Growth Priorities Stage 3: Local Growth Plan and Capacity Review Package 2: Strategic Asset Review Stage 1: Initial Assessment Stage 2: Strategic Asset Management Plan
