Measured Term Contract Drainage Maintenance Works for Council Properties

Renfrewshire Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced Drain Maintenance/Repair Contractor to provide drain maintenance and repair services for sub-surface [below ground] drainage systems. The works comprise the provision of drain maintenance/ repair services, diagnostic analysis, unblocking, flushing, jetting, CCTV surveys, vactor cleaning, excavation/ disposal, reinstatement of footpaths/ highways, traffic management (where applicable) to Renfrewshire Council domestic properties. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced Drain Maintenance/Repair Contractor to provide drain maintenance and repair services for sub-surface [below ground] drainage systems. The works comprise the provision of drain maintenance/ repair services, diagnostic analysis, unblocking, flushing, jetting, CCTV surveys, vactor cleaning, excavation/ disposal, reinstatement of footpaths/ highways, traffic management (where applicable) to Renfrewshire Council domestic properties. Main Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors will be required to provide evidence that they are members of the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC). This chosen procurement route for the future exercise will be below GPA Open Procedure.. This is a Prior Information Notice. The Council intends to release a Contract Notice the week of 26 October 2026, with a Tender Package being released immediately after via Public Contracts Scotland Tender Portal.
