Tender description
This project commissioned independent qualitative thematic analysis of open-text responses from seven national patient experience surveys. The work will produce a series of insight reports explaining how and why experiences vary across topics and demographic groups, strengthening the evidence base available to national policy teams, providers and improvement leads. ## Contract award
