Tender description
Defence-wide, global, hardware and software maintenance, repair and support services of ICT equipment. The Supplier shall provide an integrated, secure and responsive support service for the systems and services. The service shall combine remote and on-site support, preventive maintenance, administration, break-fix, documentation, asset management, security support and service management.
