Tender description

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the comprehensive CAT A refurbishment of The Core at Newcastle Helix. The project includes mechanical and electrical upgrades, reconfigured floorplates, improved communal facilities, a new entrance lobby and sustainability improvements.
