Tender description
Louth County Council requires Technical Consultancy Services from a multi-disciplinary engineering led Consultancy team which will provide the Engineering and Appraisal services required to successfully deliver the project through the procurement, construction and closeout phases. Louth County Council propose to carry out the procurement, construction and implementation phases of the Port Access Northern Cross Route (PANCR) – Phase 3. The Port Access Northern Cross Route (PANCR) – Phase 3 comprises the construction of new carriageway (approx. 1.08km long), construction or rail underbridge c10.5m in width and c20.0m in length and all ancillary works.
