Tender description
To provide Initial Health Assessments for Looked After Children in the Doncaster region Lot 1: The Service aims to ensure looked-after children receive timely, high-quality Initial Health Assessments in line with statutory and national guidance, with all actions and recommendations focused on the child or young person’s best interests. <br/><br/>This notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process.<br/><br/>The approximate lifetime value of the service is £330,000 doe the 3 + 2 year contract (£66,000 per annum)<br/><br/>This is an existing service with a new provider.<br/><br/>The contract will run from 15th December 2026 to 14th December 2029 with the option to extend for a further 1 +1 years
