This is 'Package 1' consisting of a 7km section of the greenway between Lock 20 and the Shee Bridge Boardwalk on the Grand Canal and ST02 pedestrian bridge at Lock 18 is also included in this package. Works involve: Widening of the existing trail, Resurfacing of the existing trail, Construction of a new pedestrian bridge at the 18th Lock, Improvements to public and private road junctions, Improvements to existing underbridge crossings, Improvement works to Ticknevin road junction, Construction of various ancillary works.
