Tender description
As part of the ECS Growth Fund, the Mayor has requested the use of the Professional Witness Service across Middlesbrough in crime & ASB hotspot locations where residents are simply too fearful to report issues. The awarded supplier provides a specialist service and all staff are ex police surveillance officers and are the only organisation across the Tees Valley that provide this type of service. ## Contract award
