Tender description

Nottingham City Council has awarded a call-off contract under Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 (RM1557.14), Lot 2 - Cloud Software, for the provision of a cloud-hosted automated outbound dialler solution for the Council's Housing Services / Housing Rents function. The solution supports automated tenant engagement in relation to rent accounts and arrears through outbound voice and SMS communications, including campaign management, routing to relevant officers, reporting and analytics, and integration with the Council's existing housing systems. The contract has been awarded to Voicescape Limited following assessment of suitable services available through G-Cloud 14. The initial contract term is 12 months from 30 March 2026 to 29 March 2027, with provision for three further periods of up to 12 months. The Year 1 annual licence fee is £80,000 excluding VAT. Pricing is based on 23,500 properties. Charges for any extension period are subject to the contractual pricing mechanism of the previous year's annual licence fee plus RPI and 2.9% .
