• The objective of this Procurement Process is to secure an arrangement for the supply of grounds maintenance and winter maintenance across Yorkshire Water's estate. • The requirement is to provide both planned and reactive works for grounds and winter maintenance services. 1. Lot 1 - Grounds maintenance and winter maintenance North - 458 sites 2. Lot 2 - Grounds maintenance and winter maintenance East - 639 sites 3. Lot 3 - Grounds maintenance and winter maintenance South - 6oo sites 4. Lot 4 - Grounds maintenance and winter maintenance West - 550 sites 5. Lot 5 - Grounds maintenance and winter maintenance specialist contractor- 246 sites
