The London Borough of Waltham Forest is undertaking a Case Management System Review Programme to consider the future technology required to support services across: Adult Social Care; Children's Social Care, including Youth Justice; Education, including SEND, Early Years and NCCIS; Commissioning and Brokerage activity associated with these services; and cross-service functions and capabilities that may support more than one of these areas.
