Provision of external courtyard improvement works at the Kings Building, including groundworks, regrading of surfaces, resin-bound surfacing, adjustment of drainage and access covers, installation of sculpture foundations and artwork, installation of lighting infrastructure (including ducts and chambers), tree planting and associated landscaping works, together with all necessary site establishment, welfare, protection measures and associated preliminaries.
