Tender description
Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is delivering the Digital Learning Infrastructure (DLI) Programme, a national transformation programme to establish a modern, scalable, interoperable and sustainable digital learning ecosystem for Scotland’s health and social care workforce. The programme responds to a fragmented learning technology landscape across public, private, voluntary and not-for-profit provision, where multiple local learning management systems, duplicated content, variable user experiences and inconsistent data quality limit workforce mobility, planning and system-wide efficiency. Lot 1: The Framework Agreement is being put in place on behalf of all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 or other NHS organisation established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014 and the additional following entities Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), Scotland’s 32 local authorities and the Scottish Police Authority.
