Tender description
The Scottish Government has committed to developing a Partnership Agreement with the third sector which aims to formalise the relationship between Scottish Government and the third sector, strengthen the third sector’s involvement in policy design and improve outcomes for communities.As part of the work, the Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wishes to commission work to develop a theory of change and a monitoring, evaluation and learning framework to support the development of the Partnership Agreement.This is a call off from Lot 2: Evaluation of the Social Research and Analysis framework.
