FLS Central Region Planting Services - award of 7 call-off contracts from FLS Planting Dynamic Purchasing System FLS-138-D. Call-off contracts are for a 24 month duration with the option to extend on 2 occasions by 12 months. Lot 1: 791 Lot A Scottish Lowlands North East Award of planting programme including restock, beat-up and maintenance operations required to establish sites. Operations include: Planting and restocking Beat-up planting (replacement of failed trees) Hand fertilising Planting with tubes and stakes Herbicide weeding Insecticide top-up spraying General estates work / conservation work FLS will be the Forestry Works Manager (FWM) for the delivery of all Call-off Contracts.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 2: 792 Lot B Scottish Lowlands South East Award of planting programme including restock, beat-up and maintenance operations required to establish sites.
