Tender description
Arctic Shores UNA Pro assessment platform. The Talent Centre of Expertise (TCoE) wishes to procure a game-based behavioural assessment solution to support pilot activity with approximately 200 participants across multiple talent cohorts. The assessment platform uses task-based methodologies to provide objective insight into participant behaviours, strengths, decision-making styles, learning agility, resilience, problem-solving capability, and leadership potential. The pilot will evaluate the effectiveness, accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability of the Arctic Shores assessment approach across several talent cohorts. Outcomes will be used to assess user experience, stakeholder feedback, quality of insights, potential diversity benefits, and the value that behavioural assessment data can add to talent decision-making processes. The pilot will run for an initial six-month period. Processed by SSCL ## Contract award

About the buyer
The Department For Work and Pensions (DWP) delivers the State Pension and working-age benefits to millions of claimants, and buys as a central government ministerial department with its own commercial teams. Larger contracts are advertised on Find a Tender, with suppliers registering through the Atamis eSourcing portal. Framework agreements are called off through the Government Commercial Agency using Public Sector Contract terms. Suppliers can join its low value purchasing system freely, with no cap on numbers. Dynamic purchasing systems cover welfare-to-work and employment support opportunities. Commercial teams engage the market early through in-person and online supplier events.
Procurement spend from central entities makes up 66% of overall UK public spend.
Over the past 5 years, most of DWP's contract awards have been in education and training, IT services and business services.
