Renfrewshire Council intends to undertake conservation works to the Wallace Monument, Elderslie during the 2026/27 financial year and is seeking feedback from suitably experienced conservation contractors to help inform the proposed procurement approach. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to allow Renfrewshire Council to engage with the marketplace to carry out a soft-market testing exercise. Interested service providers are invited to register their interest via this notice and answers for the attached questions should be returned via email to Sam Smith, Procurement Advisor (sam.smith@renfrewshire.gov.uk) by 4pm on 9th October 2026.
